This was penned as we wanted to welcome the new teacher-trainees to our college just after we graduated from BTTC.We recited this at the BTTC alumni meet.
It is our greatest pleasure to have you here with us now,
We extend our congratulations and welcome you with a bow.
Armed with your B.Ed degree you are sure to go afar,
With the blessings of your teachers go shine forth like a star.
As you take our place here as B.Ed students anew,
We too aspire to do well,get distinctions at least a few.
The SUPW's and practice lessons we're sure you miss them now,
Endless lectures and notes you too survived them,wonder how!
You have all our good wishes innovate and teach with vigour,
Ignite the flame of learning and be an exemplary figure.
