This is not the philosophy I follow or propagate but sadly,this is how many people try to move ahead in life.
In this world where flattery thrives,
Don't ever lose hope or despair,
If you want to get any job done,
Then butter up as much as you dare.
Always praise your superiors sky-high,
Don't ever venture to speak out your mind,
Though you know you are right,
Be a 'YES-Man' and success you will find.
Be it any debatable issue,
However much you know it is wrong,
Smile and follow the feeble-minded crowd,
As a majority makes wrong-doers strong.
Truthfulness and clear conscience,
have no place in today's rat-race,
Flattery,falsehood and herd instinct
Is what helps to make the world face.
