We are little children,
With thinking minds that hold,
Dread and despair at the atrocities
In the world we see unfold.
First the attack on America,
The 'Jehad' by fundamentalist heads,
Then the US 'revenge' attacks
That left hundreds dead.
In this fight for supremacy
As warring countries strike,
Spare a thought for our feelings
This is not the world we would like.
We,the citizens of tomorrow,
Plead for a world of peace,
A world that thrives on unity
And compassion that will never cease.
