चौथी चे  टीचर्स  full of शोर-शोर ,
करतात  ते  trouble तुला  more-more ,
प्रॉब्लेम्स  घेऊन  येतात  at  your door- door ,
पण  कधीच नाही वाटत तुला  bore-bore !
दिप्ती , तुला  चौथी वर  भरोसा  नाही  का ?

Parents ने  केलय  तुला  हैराण ,
 AMचे   warnings  करतात  परेशान ,
त्यावर  टवाळ मुले  करतात  मारहाण ,
तुझ्याच  हातात  चौथीची  शान -शान ,
दिप्ती , तुला  चौथी वर  भरोसा  नाही  का ?

Lunch  किव्वा  पार्टी  साठी  तैय्यार (तय्यार )
तुला   आहे   आम्हावर  प्य्यार -प्यार  (प्यार -प्यार )
तुझी  smile तुझी   style आहे बेमिसाल ,
तारीफ  केल्यावर   होतात  गाल  लाल ,
दिप्ती , तुला  चौथी वर  भरोसा  नाही  का ?

तुझी  गाणी  आणि  आवाज  कसा  गोड -गोड ,
Problems  मध्ये  नाही  देत  तू  सोड - सोड,
आम्हावर   नाही टाकत तू  load -load ,
असतेच नेहमीच   तू इन  help mode ,

Appreciate  करतेस  तू आमच  work  good ,
आणि   problems  पण  होतात  बरेच   understood ,

Pretty as a picture , with a captivating smile,

Not afraid to speak out, she is surely not meek and docile.

Ready to participate, be it song, skit or dance,

Genuinely appreciates others, for hate or jealousy she leaves no chance.

Athlete that she was, she yearns to do more,

Always looking for inspiration, she is definitely not a bore!

Connecting with everyone, but Asawari is her friend best, that anyone can bet,

 Be it lunch , staff meeting or departure, these two stick together like a magnet.

Hear this ICT teacher crib over her unending task,

She is a tad lazy at times (tee kantaalaa karte) a fact she just cannot mask!

Interested in knowing about anything that's exciting and new,

She has a child-like exuberance and wonder, which is found, but in a few!

Silent observer who is composed and calm,
With her perfect figure and smile, this yogini spreads her charm.
Handwriting so beautiful, neat and organised is her work ,
Silently she motors through, her responsibilities she does not shirk.
Inspirational she is ,maintaining her balance intact,
Her words and actions are guarded, but when you need her support, she will not detract.
Versatile sitar artist, her cooking is laajawaab,
Gardening is her love, I bet she sees trees even in her khwaab!
Away from the noise, all she desires is peace,
She works steadily, always unstressed- at ease!
Non-interfering colleague, 'live and let live' is what she believes,
We have worked together many times, but I am yet to know her likes and peeves.
Intelligent and unassuming , a woman of a few words,
She is happier in nature, amidst flowers, butterflies and birds!

Jyoti as we know her is reserved and full of poise,

Language is her strength, she is vary of unruly girls and boys. 

Youthful and graceful, the one with the curly hair,

 Sometimes she's so quiet ,you hardly know she is there!

Obstinate at times, she has a mind of her own,

 Not allured by herd instinct, unafraid to stand alone.

To do her very best, she untiringly will toil,

 Mindless chatter and high-handedness really makes her blood boil.

Intent on getting her message across,with all your ideas she may not readily agree,

She is happy being simple with no unwanted frills, a true disciplinarian in her you can see.

Loud , hearty laughter is her special trade mark,  
 A genius in language skills,she has a unique spark.
An amazing story-teller, writer and singer beyond compare,
She's also unorganised and messy, but she hardly seems to care!
Vivacious and energetic, always full of charm and grace,

 She loves pretty dresses in different colours, sequins and lace.
A helping hand she lends,for any new challenges she is game,

 Takes suggestions positively, accepting defeat is no shame.
"No sweets please," she states loud and clear,
 A true blue foodie, for her meal-times are dear!
Yes, she is the one with the loudest voice you know,
 Her excitement and think-tank just seems to overflow!
An unmatched competitive spirit, she does not give up with ease,
 At times we all have to say, " Lavanya, calm down,please!"

P retty, photogenic face ,with a smile oh,so bright!
This teacher never ever leaves her naughty kids out of sight.
R emarkably hard-working with a ready helping hand,
I don't find her judgmental, others' concerns she can understand.
E nigmatic she is , with a charisma to match,
Always curious to know more, every juicy tid-bit she wants to catch!
Masti and humour she loves to have in good measure,
Good clothes, accessories and eating out gives her immense pleasure.
A good friend you can trust, she is always trying to do her best,
Though at times she is lost in her world, as if in an unknown quest.
