Alone,but not lonely,
Calm and serene,
With one's thoughts,
Unfettered and carefree!
Finding my inner self,
Reaching out to my soul,
With nature as company,
Nonjudgmental , sans decree!
Creating new bonds,
Turning over a new leaf,
New plans and goals,
Rising slowly, to a higher degree!
For in solitude there lies,
The key to hidden treasure,
A mantra for self -realization,
Though there are many who may disagree!
Solitude takes us away,
From the many stumbling blocks,
Makes our vision clearer,
Rejuvenates- takes us on a learning spree!
Umpteen walks on the beaches,
Countless treks on the hills,
In Mother Nature's lap,
With ourselves, in solitude we feel free!
