Beauty is often misunderstood
For all things beautiful you see,
But true beauty goes much deeper
It is within you and me!
We buy the best products
For beautiful skin and hair,
But we make no attempt
To fill our hearts with tender love and care.
We diet, gym and zumba
For a perfect body we yearn,
But never a helping hand we lend
Their worries and problems,really not our concern.
Branded shoes and clothes
With accessories to match,
You think they make you beautiful
But wait, here's the catch!
Beauty is not skin-deep
It's what in our hearts we hold,
A loving heart, a helping hand,
And we are beautiful- Behold!
