P for pleasure,
P for pain,
One follows the other,
Then it's back again!
Only due to pain,
Can we enjoy pleasure,
These two in our lives,
In unequal measure!
They bring a balance,
In an otherwise life mundane,
They challenge and exhilarate,
Lest our lives' urges wane!
Pain and pleasure,
Two sides of a coin,
Never one without the other,
Like a pair of twins conjoin.
So it makes sense to accept,
Whatever comes our way,
Revel in the glory of life,
'Cause tomorrow is another day!
Pain makes you stronger,
Than you could ever be,
'Cause these stumbling blocks,
Make you, your best side see!
Pleasure makes you believe,
That there is still hope,
Bad times don't last forever,
For happiness there's always scope!
So as we go through life,
With pleasure and pain,
One thing is ,but certain,
They will both visit again!
P for pain,
One follows the other,
Then it's back again!
Only due to pain,
Can we enjoy pleasure,
These two in our lives,
In unequal measure!
They bring a balance,
In an otherwise life mundane,
